About Me

I have been helping individuals and small businesses find solutions since 2010. I have a passion for helping others meet their goals, personal and professional. As a business coach I will guide you through specific steps to meet your goals. I focus on committing to SMART Goals and a Growth Mindset. Through our coaching relationship I will focus on the mental, physical, and emotional stresses that come with business, as an employee or an employer. I built my own company on the motto “Work Smarter...” and continue this sentiment wholeheartedly in everything I do. As your coach I will provide guidance, support, and accountability. I will help you clarify your vision, develop strategies, and improve transferable skills that will ultimately lead to accomplishing your goals.

Maximize Your Potential with Purple Lillie, LLC

The 90-Day Transformation Program focuses on lessons in Self-assessment, SMART Goal Mastery, Growth Mindset Rewiring, Time, Focus, and Energy Management, and Mental Performance - just to name a few. We meet virtually for 90 minutes per week but stay in contact as needed - and yes, there is homework. Some expected outcomes are:

  • Execute clear, measurable SMART goals
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset under pressure
  • Build sustainable mental clarity, physical energy, and emotional regulation
  • Improve decision-making, leadership presence, and consistency

This program is available as a 1:1 or within a group cohort of 8. Disclaimer - results are dependent upon your commitment and dedication to transformation.
